The Park has been producing some spectacular sightings recently and today was no exception ! There were sightings of lions, wild dogs, black rhinos and plenty of elephants and buffalos as well.

This diary is closing down for a few weeks but we’ll be back and recharged  early in the New Year. We hope that it has been a useful companion to you in planning your Game Reserve tours. It’s been a fabulous year for sightings – we like to think of the Hluhluwe / Umfolozi Park as an open air theatre in which the animals are the main cast with the guides and their guests as support crew and extras !! So, please join us in thanking all those stars ( the animals !! ) for allowing us to share their habitat and see them in all their glory on so many occasions. We live in a beautiful country and are so privileged to have these wonderful Game Reserves on our doorstep.
